NHPS Needs Your Help
Please help the Northampton Historic Preservation Society in its mission to preserve the historic heritage of properties primarily in Northampton County, Virginia through education, advocacy, and restoration activities.
Every gift makes a difference in bringing awareness to the rich tapestry of life found in Northampton County on Virginia's Eastern Shore. The stories of people's lives and traditions are reflected in the historical structures and communities they built. The NHPS strives to preserve this heritage through exhibits, programs, articles, publications to support efforts to restore and maintain Northampton's historical properties and communities. Also, the NHPS acts as stewards for the Pear Valley Yeoman's Cottage and Eastville Court Green Historical Exhibit.

When donating on behalf of others, please email nhps100@gmail.com and provide NHPS the additional information the person for whom you are making the donation, including any contact information for the person or family. This allows the NHPS to send a letter to you and a second letter to the person or family, letting them know that someone has made a donation on their behalf.
The NHPS is in compliance with Virginia's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Protection requirements.
Please consider helping NHPS restore the 1907 Jail for use as a museum about Northampton County jails. With the restoration of the 1907 Jail, the Northampton County Court Green is certain to be one of the most intact and restored court greens in the Country.
